We are an association of members of the Society of Friends with a special sense of unity in the concern for distribution of sound Quaker literature.
What is the Tract Association?
We are a Friends (Quaker) organization with roots that run deep in the past. Our first meeting convened in 1816. For more than 200 years since then, we have been publishing pamphlets, essays and books on Friends beliefs, concerns, history, and practice. We encourage Friends to compose material suitable for publication and participate in our activities, if they feel rightly led by the Holy Spirit.
Who is involved?
We are Friends who find traditional Quaker faith and practice helpful to our lives today. Currently, many of us live in the broader Philadelphia area, and Friends from other yearly meetings join and support our work. All are welcome.
